By car
Take the A9 to the Sierre/Siders exit, then head uphill towards Lens and Crans-Montana. From Sion it is about 20 minutes by car to Sierre, from Visp about 30. In winter, bring winter equipment: winter tyres and snow chains. A parking space is available at the chalet; from there 90 steps lead up to the house – worth planning for with luggage.

By SBB train to Sierre/Siders. Continue with the SMC funicular to Montana or by postbus to Lens. The final stretch – stop and walk to the chalet – is described in the guest area.
